| Palm Cottage, located on the Estate Carolina hillside overlooking Coral Harbor and the Carolina Plantation, sits perched in the breeze and palms along the harbor. It is quiet, private, comfortable with stunning views and reasonable rates. Palm Cottage is rented as a studio or with one bedroom, and has been built to green standards. The cottage has been sensitively sited, constructed to minimize impacts, fresh water and electric use. The view is beautiful and the breeze constant. |  |

and sea meet.Glide out on an early morning or late afternoon paddle to pristine bays, beaches and cays. Use the sea as a looking glass 20 feet down. Take a small boat tour, feel the breeze on your cheek, the sun on your back and the peace that comes with diving into nature and snorkeling the most interesting spots. See St. John from a unique perspective, swim with the jacks and barracuda and love every minute. |

expert in Caribbean natural history, tropical ecosystems and endangered
species. A teacher and biologist, he has made numerous public presentations
on the wonders of St. John. With
the insights of a 12 year resident scientist exploring the islands
